The new LG Optimus S for Sprint’s network has gotten its picture snapped. It’s a little blurry but better than nothing. We don’t have the actual physical dimensions yet, but it looks a tad clunky. Hard to tell just from the front. The Optimus S from LG will be running Android OS 2.2 ‘Froyo’ at launch, which brings marked improvement over the older version.

Here is a quick jot over the specs:

It is quite similar to the Optimus S for Sprint, but just different enough so that you can tell the difference on sight if you know what to look for. The button layouts between the two are not exactly the same and T-Mobile’s version has a different home screen.

While Android has not yet managed to get a firm footing yet in the corporate world, the new Motorola Droid Pro could go a long way towards establishing that credibility.
